You will need to be super organised, have a confident personality and extensive experience in sales and account management. A passion for personal development would also be a bonus. Our speaker team range from inspirational authors, business leaders and media personalities.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Prospecting and lead generation from current database
- Account management and development
- Work closely with the logistics department to meet client expectations
- Preparation of proposals
- Meet and exceed set KPI’s
- Creating raving fans out of any situation – good and bad!

CORE ATTRIBUTES:
- A minimum of three years' experience sales experience preferably in the events or talent industry.
- Excellent negotiation skills as you’ll be negotiating with both clients and speakers on a daily basis.
- Ability to connect with people and build relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new programs.
- An ability to confidently deal with and support high profile personalities.
- A mature attitude, with initiative and a firm commitment to job ownership.
- You work well in a passionate office which thrives on honesty, respect and support.
