You know I think most people are leaders because leadership truly equals influence and therefore most people are influencing us aren't they. Now some people lead us on, and some lead us to strike, and other people lead us onwards and upwards. How do some leaders achieve this? Part of the solution is they are fun to be around. They are a joy to be with.

So I have a question for you. Are you fun to live with? Are you fun to work with? Do you bring sunshine into the room when you arrive? Or do you suck all the oxygen out of the air? Is your team happier when you arrive or are they happier when you leave?
