There is not enough time in the day - fact!

As an event planner you are responsible for executing briefs, expanding your business, being on the ground, creating show stopping ideas...oh and actually doing all the admin that comes along with it.

You wear so many hats that there are times when you set out on a big, important task, only to end up chipping away at lots of less important tasks, not to mention the phone never stops ringing.

In an episode of a show I feature on called 'Live Well' I have worked with a busy woman with a similar problem.  So many things to do but not enough time to do them in.

In this short video I work with her on three really simple, and practicle ways, she can free herself up so she can tackle the big, amazing, business changing tasks.
